Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your bookings 72 hours prior to your date of arrival. If your reservation is not cancelled in accordance with this policy, you will incur a charge, equivalent to your first nights' tariff.  .

Room Rates

Room rates subject to change without notice. Please note that special conditions / surcharges apply to some public holidays, weekends and peak periods. All prices include GST.

Deposit Policy

All credit cards will be exempt of any surcharge, except for Amex & Diners that attract a 4% surcharge.

Cash only guests will be asked on check-in for the full room rate for their entire stay & maybe ask for $50.00 additional payment per night to cover incidental charges.

For security reasons, all first time guests will be asked for current photo ID on arrival.
